fourpillarsdev.com is operated by Four Pillars Development LLC ("Four Pillars," "we," "us"). By using it you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Informational only; not an offer

Prices, availability, floor plans, renderings, square footage, features, and completion dates are illustrative, change without notice, and are not an offer to sell. A purchase occurs only under a signed written contract. Photos and videos may depict upgrades or model homes. Equal Housing Opportunity.

3. Accounts

You must be 18 or older, give accurate information, keep your password confidential, and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping, or spam.

4. Acceptable use

No automated scraping, bot submissions, attempts to bypass rate limits or security controls, uploading malicious content, or impersonation.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, plans, renderings, videos, and marks belong to Four Pillars or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial viewing only.

6. Third-party services and links

Maps, analytics, and linked sites (including Texas Real Estate Commission notices and the investor portal) are governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by Texas law, Four Pillars is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from Site use, and total liability is limited to $100.

8. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

10. SMS program: Four Pillars Development Text Updates

Program name: Four Pillars Development Text Updates, operated by Four Pillars Development LLC.

Program description: the program sends two kinds of text messages, and each needs its own consent. Texts about your inquiry: if you give us your mobile number and check the box for texts about your inquiry, we text you about that inquiry, for example tour confirmations and reminders, and replies to your questions. Marketing texts: only if you also check the separate, optional box for marketing texts, we may send you recurring marketing texts about homes, communities, and offers, which may be sent using automated technology. Checking one box never signs you up for the other, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

Message frequency varies for texts about your inquiry. Marketing texts: up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel. After you reply STOP, you will receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further texts unless you sign up again. You may also opt out by any other reasonable means, such as calling or emailing us.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. We send these messages using Twilio, our SMS service provider.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Privacy: our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including your mobile number and your text-message consent.

We may update these Terms; continued use is acceptance.
